5.4L Sohc F-150 H.O. with 320 hp and 350 ft-lbs of torque. This engine features the following parts:

  • Ford crank
  • Ford rods
  • ARP rod bolts
  • Ford SOHC heads
  • NEW valves
  • Speed-Pro 10to1 compression pistons
  • Custom grind cams 210`/218`@ .050"-.460" lift

As with all our remanufactured engines, this 5.4L Sohc F-150 H.O. features new pistons, rings, complete gasket set, oil pump, and valvetrain installed. The block is bored and honed and new cam bearings and freeze plugs are installed. The heads are resurfaced, featuring new guides and seals, then refinished with a 3-angle valve job. Crankshafts are reground and micro polished to factory specs. Each motor is pretested for compression, oil pressure, and oil flow before leaving the factory.

Our limited warranty covers parts and labor for 12 months unlimited mileage.
